DMC BILLING POLICY
The DMC Shopping Center requires your billing information to MATCH AND BE THE SAME name and addresses from the credit card company. If they do not match, your order will be cancelled without notice.
When you place an order, you will receive an email that DMC received your order and is a confirmation of this receipt.

The DMC Shopping Center offers delivery within the continental U.S. We are unable to ship to Canadian addresses, international addresses, or PO Boxes.

Estimated Time of Arrival 5-7 business days Monday - Friday, no holidays
Order must be received by 12 noon EST to be shipped on the same day.

DMC RETURN POLICY
Regular Price" items purchased through our website can be returned prepaid via UPS within 30 days.
Prior to returning merchandise to DMC please contact us at rfojtlin@dmcus.com or 1(800) 275-4117 ext. 3043 for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. ( No returns will be accepted without an Authorization number clearly printed on the outside of your package.)
All returns must be in good condition, in the original carton and be accompanied with a copy of the original paperwork.
Credit including return shipping charges (we cannot issue credit for the original shipping charges) will be issued to the original credit card.
All "Sale Price" items are Final Sale and are not returnable.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
1. If the package is damaged upon delivery, PLEASE DO NOT SIGN OR ACCEPT THE PACKAGE FROM UPS and the package will be returned at no cost to you. Your order will be replaced when we receive the product from UPS and we will resend to you at no additional charge.
2. If you have accepted the delivery and the package is damaged, you must return it with the packing slip in the same shipping package (as proof of damaged package). Please place them inside another shipping package and mail to DMC. Please return your purchase to:
