DMC BILLING POLICY
The DMC Shopping Center requires your billing information to MATCH AND BE THE SAME name and addresses from the credit card company. If they do not match, your order will be cancelled without notice.
When you place an order, you will receive an email that DMC received your order and is a confirmation of this receipt.
DMC SHIPPING POLICY
The DMC Shopping Center offers delivery within the continental U.S. We are unable to ship to Canadian addresses, international addresses, or PO Boxes.

Estimated Time of Arrival 5-7 business days Monday - Friday, no holidays
Order must be received by 12 noon EST to be shipped on the same day.
* Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays as determined by UPS.
DMC RETURN POLICY
"Regular Price" items purchased through our website can be returned within 30 days. All "Sale Price" items are Final Sale and are not returnable.
REGULAR PRICE
We will accept returns of your online "Regular Price" purchase:
*if you return the online item in its original condition in its original shipping carton via UPS. We cannot accept returns C.O.D.
*if you complete the “Return Form” included in your shipment and include your packing slip with the returned item.
*if you return the item within 30 days of the date listed on your packing slip.
Please note, a refund for the full amount of the product purchase and return shipping charge will be credited to the credit card number noted on the “Return Form” that accompanies your returned merchandise (The original shipping cost is not refundable).

We will then credit your charge card upon receipt, minus shipping charges. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
1. If the package is damaged upon delivery, PLEASE DO NOT SIGN OR ACCEPT THE PACKAGE FROM UPS and the package will be returned at no cost to you. Your order will be replaced when we receive the product from UPS and we will resend to you at no additional charge.
2. If you have accepted the delivery and the package is damaged, you must return it with the packing slip in the same shipping package (as proof of damaged package). Please place them inside another shipping package and mail to DMC. Please return your purchase to:
